چکیده

The study included isolation and diagnosis of Escherichia coli from clinical animal sources (humans, cows, sheep, birds, chickens, fish, gecko). It collected 275 samples distributed to 125 taken urine 150 other organisms with 25 per organism. isolates used in the were diagnosed on appearance, microscopy, chemical tests, as well confirmatory testing isolations through use Api 20 E tape, where 41 E. bacteria obtained source 89 organisms. Some fertility factors bacterial studied, all found be Capsule productive, while non-Hemolysin enzymes, Extended Spectrum β-lactamase enzymes 41% (53/130), isolates' ability form biofilm was investigated producers 60% (77/130). Three selected for each their plasmid content, Electrically phased isolators agarose gels have shown a different variety content.

Phylogenetic typing and molecular detection of virulence factors of avian pathogenic Escherichia coli isolated from colibacillosis cases in Japanese quail

Colibacillosis caused by avian pathogenic Escherichia coli (APEC) is an economic threat to the poultry industry throughout the world. Some of the virulence genes may enhance the ability of E. coli isolates to grow in the tissues of broilers. The APEC strains are assigned to a few distinct phylogenetic groups. The purpose of the present study was to detect the virulence genes a...

Distribution of virulence associated genes in isolated Escherichia coli from avian colibacillosis

BACKGROUND: Colibacillosis is one of the most prevalentdiseases in the world that causes multimillion-dollar annuallosses. OBJECTIVES: In order to evaluate molecular epidemiologyof some virulence associated factors in Escherichia coli, isolated from poultry, the presence of iut A, iss, hly F, omp T, iroN, afa, sfa (S)and pap G (II) were investigated by multiplex PCRassay. METHODS: Two hundred th...

Prevalence of Virulence Genes of Escherichia Coli O157:H7 Isolated from Patients with Urinary Tract Infections in Shiraz, Iran

Abstract Background and Objective: Escherichia coli O157:H7 is one of the most well-known pathogenic bacteria worldwide that can develop severe diseases such as hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS). This study aimed to assess the prevalence of virulence genes of E. coli O157:H7 in patients with suspected urinary tract infections (UTIs). Material and Methods: This cross-sectional study was co...

Determination of the Frequency of Adhesion Virulence Factors in Uropathogenic E. coli (UPEC) Strains Isolated from Hospitalized Patients in Babol

Background and Aims: Uropathogenic E.coli is one of the most known causes of urinary tract infections, which may lead to a high rate of morbidity and mortality in high risk patients. In this regard, the virulence factors such as bacterial adhesion molecules have a critical role. The current study was intended to determine the molecular properties of adhesion genes in Uropathogenic E.coli strain...

the comparison between virulence factors of escherichia coli isolated from urinary tract infections and feacal flora

urinary tract infections (utis) are significant health problem, with escherichia coli as the primary pathogen in proximally 80% of cases. the adhesion of e coli to the host cell can be influenced by cell surface hydrophobicity (csh) and is an important factor for the development of infections. this study was conducted to find the relation between csh and one of the adhesions (mannose resistant ...
